Powering the Future of Design
MillerKnoll took center stage at Fulton Market Design Days this month, showcasing a range of new and reimagined products, from an evolution of the iconic Herman Miller Aeron chair to new innovations in lighting, seating, and workplace organization.
For the second consecutive year, Office partnered with MillerKnoll to develop the creative platform for its Design Days presence. This year’s theme, Powering Design, expresses how the company, through its brands, turns ideas into form and amplifies their impact. It celebrates not only the ideas that shape design, but also the people, technology, and craft that bring them to life.
At the heart of the identity is a dynamic graphic shape inspired by the mechanics of an engine, symbolizing MillerKnoll’s role as a force that ignites and propels design forward. The modular bands that make up the shape incorporate patterns inspired by MillerKnoll brand textiles and provide flexibility to highlight messaging. Across MillerKnoll’s expansive Design Days footprint, the system creates a cohesive expression of the energy and creativity behind the company’s work.
