The Most Rewarding Way to Tanger

As part of its recent brand transformation, Tanger Outlets has reimagined its guest loyalty program to make it more rewarding than ever. TangerClub has long been popular with Tanger’s shoppers, and the new digitally-focused program is designed to provide a more personalized and intuitive experience – creating more value for both guests and retail partners.

Tanger asked Office to help position TangerClub as the ultimate expression of the brand. This involved extending Tanger’s new visual identity system that Office helped develop, and creating a new program logo and visual assets. We also developed the naming strategy for the program tiers, as well as key messaging for communicating how the new program works and its benefits. The new strategy, visual design and messaging were applied to the TangerClub website, member communications, and signage that appears in Tanger Outlet centers.
